The Care Company, based in Leigh-on-Sea, was established in early 2007 to provide a quality home care service. We are a small friendly team and our aim is to help elderly people remain living in their own homes. We provide a professional quality care service that is tailored to individual clients’ needs. We are regulated by the Care Quality commission (CQC).

 

Our manager, Patricia Board, has over twenty years experience in the care sector. Starting her career working as a community care worker, she later obtained a degree in Social Work. Patricia is able to discuss your care needs with you and also advise on any other aspects of care, such as benefits, aids for your home to make everyday life easier and health issues such as dementia.

 

Our care personal assistants have chosen care as their career and are dedicated to providing high quality care. As a company we support and encourage staff through the professional qualifications in care.
